I would say that instead of dropping backlinks directly to your video you should build tier 2 links. As dropping backlinks directly to your video may lead it to get deleted. GSA blast will be a nightmare, if you wanna see the negative impact of GSA blast on new video, try with a sample video...

With past experience I truly believe its much harder to rank an adult niche and get some SE traffic. Instead of that one can surely get much more traffic from adult forums and porn tubes. There are lots of groups available on SM sites as well which can drive traffic for this niche.
