Both, Keyword Hub gives you the Adwords competition and Moz have it's on system, I'm working on adding a bunch more data sources to give more SEO oriented information but I won't be able to add Moz data due to the high cost of their API.

Of course they have a postal system (I can't think of any country who doesn't have one and even if it was the case you can always find a private courier service) but it's going to take a good 1 to 2 weeks to get to you.
