Im curious if I get a temporary number and register successfully with it can I then change it to my real number once when Im inside Telegram app?

I need it for all kinds of stuff where Telegram is one of few apps that you can get information not controlled by mainstream media. Also Im invested a lot in to the cryptocurrency world where many sites then offer various methods of receiving coins through Telegram and other related stuff...

Unfortunately it doesnt offer me a call so I only can choose then to edit the number or contact help but as mentioned before Telegram support doesnt exist because they dont respond to emails as I researched on internet where other users also complain about this issue....

I already tried all these possible solutions but nothing seems to work so I pressume that only one that could help me is an official Telegram support (which is non existent) or Telegram volunteers.

As others mentioned best way would be Binance. You just select appropriate network on Binance to receive the coin since it has a lot of options of networks to choose from and then just send coin of your choice to the generated address for selected network.
