That's just simply not true. You can sell books, shoes, buy stuff at Walmart or other stores. I sold on FBA and didn't even have $500 when I started, more like $100. If you wanna make money you can't be lazy. Put forth the effort and you can do well if you learn how to sell the right products.

Just do a Google search on your niche or look at your Clickbank item and look into their promo pages and they may have thumbnails for you. I found mine on Google images and searching for my Clickbank offer.
