Ohhh my bad, I got it all wrong, I thought you were talking about negative reviews, I just saw that was not the case. Those reviews were bought. Reporting them externally won't do anything, just leave them and focus on growing yours.

Your competitor would be the one to report the reviews with proof that they're fake not you. And it's obvious that someone want to ruin their reputation on GBP. I knew some folks that can remove those fake reviews.
