There are ways but you need to have some common sense if not your paypal will be suspended!

I would strongly advise against making paypal accounts with fake info. Always try and use real info (even if it isn't your own!) as this will definately limit the chances of your account being suspended.

I have had loads of people say they can help me with paypal phone verification. However they never get back to me! Bronx, New York need phone verification for paypal account. Paypal payment after it works or payoneer. I keep my word so trying to find someone who can do the same!
