I use Omega Indexer and have had good results. They use GSC for indexing. They'll ask you to sign up for their monthly plan, but I always buy the plan and then cancel, and they let me use the credits. Then I sign up and cancel again when I need more.

Indexification.com used to be really good - not so much anymore. Most all index services are lame now. Personally, I've gotten the best results with Omega lately
