So I have 4 student loans out. One is about $30,000 (never late), another $4,000 (never late) and $3,000 (60 days late a few years ago) and one $800 (defaulted doing loan rehabilitation). Which is best to pay off first?
If you can send me some credit repair material that would be great man. MUCH appreciate it and can send some love back. So write the letter right to the credit bureau not my lender?
Thing is, I got loans like up to $40,000 that are reported as 'good standing' and never missed one payment. A shitty $100 missed payment messing up my credit I think sucks since I don't believe its directly my fault (i.e. I gave them the paperwork and they processed it late).
I asked them to remove it but they won't. The late amount is like less than $100. Hell, when I asked about it one of the ladies said, "It looks like an error, I'll have to ask my boss". My position is that they process paperwork late and it's their fault not mine. While I don't want to tell them...
So I called my student loan company and talked to them. I've had the loan for about 7-8 years now and randomly asked if I ever had late payments. They said they didn't see any except twice a year or two ago. I was like, what? So what I have been doing is doing a forbearance since interest rates...
So Tier 1: Web 2.0 properties (maybe 3?)
Tier 2: Web 2.0 properties, high PR profiles?
Tier 3: Social bookmarks, AMR blast?
Tier 4: All of the above?
Should my anchor texts rotate or be the same for 1 KW?
I am looking to do
10-15 web 2.0 properties to my money site
AMR blast (200 live links) to my money site
Socialbookmarking and another AMR blast to web 2.0 properties
Scrapebox 10K AA list blast to the socialbookmarks, AMR and web 2.0 properties.
Look good or look like it could be...
Yeah, I have a ton of success with Facebook Ads. I get $50 Facebook ad vouchers (actual coupons, like physical that Facebook, Inc. sends to its employees) not online generated one. Keep at it dude, you'll be fine.
The page isn't that big and is seasonal. I can see the number that have unsubscribed and its ridiculously low. Also, the success of the page is dependent on the number of posts. It won't grow unless there is something popping up in the news feed. Otherwise it'll just stay dead and stale at the...
Part of the Adsense ToS is that you abide by the Google Webmasters ToS. If you are de-indexed for violation of Google's Webmasters program (even if you aren't apart of it). So if you violate that you run the risk of having your Adsense account shut down. They are separate programs but if someone...
Here is an update:
I am constantly update the page with status updates and pictures. On average I get 30-40 "Likes" per post within 45 minutes and 10-15 comments.
If it is relevant to the page I can get as up to 70 "Likes" and 20-25 comments on the post during non-peak times.
I am posting, on...
Thanks. It is about having fun. Take that concept and run with it. I am thinking about creating farms of similar fan pages and then harvesting the good quality ones.
I think the key is to have something original that people have not seen. Random fan page liking has seen its time and gone. Killer apps, etc. No I don't do anything with auto-likes because when the user finds out they like your page - they'll hide the feed or unlike or report spam which deletes...
