I have been with Flippa and Sedo for more than a year, but haven’t closed a deal yet despite my asking was quite nominal (less than $500 for domains and $2K for a couple of early websites with little traffic). But I still continue to try both given the lower costs. Just my 2c.
Thanks for sharing. Ahref is the only paid service I am using at the moment in my SEO work. Clean interface and very fast compared to Majestic and Semrush.
Have you tried Sendy (https://sendy.co/)? I use it for my campaigns with AWS SES service and its one of the most cost-efficient approaches. Delivery rates are very good (this depends on the list obviously).
Agree with @macdonjo3.
Focus on the best pages and posts, maybe 5 of them. Do organic optimization and try to rank well for some of the key terms.
Also since you have a decent following in IG, perhaps you can try doing some paid shoutouts (that's not buying followers) targeting the highest...

Thanks for the information, I didn't quite know that 301 works that way. When it comes to building higher quality links, can these include PBNs, paid links and guest posts as well? I see tons of members advertising all the above stuff right here, what the right way to pick the "highest quality"...
