I believe this problem really has a different answer based on how you break it down, e.g. If you use modern BODMAS/PEMDAS rule it will be 288, but using older definitions/order of operations will result in this same problem being 2.

From what I know, unless it has changed, you can register .us TLDs from Namecheap without any verification of US citizenship (I bought one from them about 2 years ago and while living in Sweden) Best of luck to you :)
