I saw some of that kind, but it's often just a API wrapper of some site (like smsbower/sms-activate or any other from same kind). I heard also about Google Voice / Twilio, but not sure if you tested them already / or they are fine or available to use for your purposes

Hm, if you can't use trial numbers > you can check the: smsbower.org (paid) or sms-activate.io (paid/free) Not sure why do you need the numbers (what's the testing purpose?) > but those sites helped me a lot to get messages for account activation/verification
