From what I understand TOR provide totally random IPs. What I need exactly is to change IPs multiple times a day, Nordvpn and such provide that but I understand from the answers that they provide shared IPs and that's not ideal for me (I need more private - don't mind if 10-50 people use them...

Hi, I need to change my IP (not sure if you can change both host and network (subnet?) multiple times a day. Can someone recommend the easiest way to do it? I know that there are services that offer different IP's (nordvpn etc..), but I think that you need to ask them to change IP every time if...
