Do you spend any money for colabs? How are you looking profiles to colab on IG? I have receiving multiple DMs from "agencies" they offers promotion, but all of them are just fake profiles with fake folowers

I checked some of profiles they promoting and yes it's fresh IG accounts with couple photos and alrady have 5k+ folowers, def fake ones. I think fake folowers can lead to IG acc shadowban. But how to find a legit agencies or they not exist?
