Same thing, i have a 7 months old website, went from 15-20k impressions and around 120 clicks per day to 20 clicks and very little impressions.

My page has never had any violation, but still it says monetisation is restricted because of some policy.

Did you get this page monetized after the 30 days ? I am facing the same problem, page reached the 5k followers and 600.000 minutes but request for monetization got rejected. The reason is 'your page might not be compliant with our Partner Advertising Policy' ..
