You either can make an installer by yourself and upload it to PPI and they will put their ads in it, or some PPI's support building their own installers with your files, after that6 just upload your .exe's to some download websites With which PPI you made your .exe? And how long does it took to...

Hm, its strange. You posted external link to your website along with pictures? This might be a reason. Anyway I got bans for my blogs, wrote to support - nothing. Month or two later wrote again, almost accidentally, and - restored my blog with no talking lol. So give it a try maybe later.
