For me, grow my followers..till 10k plus..and start to monetise by doing ecommerce...dropshipping etc.

I agree..the default settings are FINE. However, I too got my account banned before. So what i do, is i will run lower settings than default for a brand new account.... think about 100 follows ..no likes...i do this for 2 weeks...then slow increase it.... Once i reach a month, i increase it...

My advise is to lower down your Follow...1500 is way way way too much....
