When you start posting good content.... jk really depends on the niche but ~30k-50k with good, consistent content will start getting real results. Also, organic will come with interacting with people and CTAs. Feature UGC and ask for shares.

If your account is pretty established, you could do more than 15/hour. But never more than 200/200 in a day. But everyone else is correct, the more natural it seems the better.
