Good idea would be to read the Making Money threads in Adsense on this forum. But here are some ideas I've seen a lot; Make a Yahoo! Answers account, search for health related to your niche, and give a good real answer and include your site. Make a YT video. Make a FB fanpage etc.

Might be a good idea to have your ads listing mmorpgs, online games etc. I think you would get more clicks that way.

If you already have niches that are making you money, and you come across a new niche that makes you more than the rest, I wouldn't just focus on the one, because you have others too that are making you money. Extra money is more money, no ? :P. Good luck, will be following!
