I use publisher rocket and keyword dominator. I have my book in 6 categories, but amazon only shows it in 3.

I've used paid for software to create long chain keywords. my longest is 39 characters. From what i understand though, the phrase is important too, not just the amount of words you scrunch in there. Unless i am wrong.
