I did this years ago and made some money doing it. It was a grind through due to thin profits. Handling returns was also a pain. Ebay also throttled my selling account after about 6 months and my listings got a fraction of the views they did at the beginning.

Appliance repair is probably a category in which Google has been fighting spam listings for years and legit listings get caught in the crossfire. If you search for the Google business profile support center you can email them in regards to getting your listing approved. Once they get back to you...

If they know the customer's address and there is any hint of false information in the review you can send them a cease and desist letter. Most of the time they will get scared and just remove the review, this has worked well for me.
