I would tighten up the edges on the banner - specifically the left side edge - it looks very jagged and like you just tried to get the background removed without paying attention to how it was removing part of the actual image.

My approach has been to tailor my initial recommendation to the thing I see they need the most then upsell from there. Sometimes they need on page optimization - sometimes SMS marketing just wouldn't make sense for their target audience. One thing that I make sure to do is not overwhelm them...
