I think you've said it pretty well here. The only thing I would add is to start small and keep scaling up! Also, stick with your ideas! Don't let them fall by the wayside.

I use this method to make between $500-$1000 a month working about 30 mins a day. Use craigslist and post ads about how you are an up and coming web developer and for a limited time you will offer free websites. Build them a simple website using wordpress and recommend the web hosting company...

I was just thinking about this. There are plenty of people offering adwords vouchers on here for as low as $5 for a $100 coupon. What about making multiple accounts and linking them to your Amazon site?

You could always outsource the job to indians for pennies a day. Just a suggestion :)
