The problem is the phone number ( got this info from a chat with an ebay customer support agent ), I'm sure you bought it from some provider like smspva or other, anyway you have to find a clean phone number that's the key ! I'm stuck there myself right now. We have to buy real phone numbers !

You can always post games in the same niche but not the same game , for example u can post a runner game and a coloring game in the same niche without a problem. and yeah itˋs better for u not to copy apps that already exist on the store

About the niche just go to the store and look for the top free game in some country then go for it

U got 2 choices - legal app : takes time to rank and bank and depends on competitors - spam app : ranks fast and $$ fast too Make a a clean legal app then make a spam game

games are more profitable cause your ads are gonna show more often than on apps in games the ad is gonna be shown at gameovers let's say the user is going to play 10 times so there are more chances that he clicks on the ad, whereas on the app it's only gonna be shown a few times..

just type in google " royalty free images " for example you can google " batman royalty free images " or pics or pngs or img or pictures..
