Not that I know of but the person running it said they would issue a refund to me and that was over a month ago. So I shitlisted them and now they are hiding from their responsibilities. Ask for an order maybe the guy will show up and refund me.

No I don't think he has returned to the site and is actively avoiding it so as not to get banned. As he was made well aware that he was being shit listed.

you could also use mobile proxies. It would be virtually impossible for IG to ban them as your phone's IP changes when you connect from tower to tower.

The easiest thing to do would be to compare the two sites link profiles with ahrefs or whatever tools you like to use. Whatever the difference is why one is ranking and the other is not.
