I would like to add to djc225's tips, that as soon as you launch your site & untill you start sellling your goods, try to ask the potentials that reach your site to provide their details. promise those who do an "openning discaunt" or somthing like that and now you start building your data base...

maybe it takes a while to update???

I also would go for the Baidu option like mentioned above. this way you'll know that you get high qulity traffic. the other options mentioned above would only bring high traffic with no conversions, or in other words lots of trash...

become a notary myself? :D ... loved it. if your sight gets high positions, I would concider 2 options: Option 1: check out the notary niche in google & find notarys with poor positions. try to make them an offer which combines buying the site & getting maintenance SEO services from you...
