Thank you very much for the replies. 1. Even if each site that RankerX offers has links to millions of sites (and it has), the fact that each of my PBN domains will have links from the SAME SITES might be suspicious to Google. But maybe I am too paranoid ... But that's NOT the issue right now...

Did you try asking "indexinject" this question ? I think they should address this issue, I would also try RankerX. Also you can try another link indexing service with some dashboard and see if you see something
