That's not how it works man. There are dozens more metrics that matter- audience retention, click through rate, engagement. 1 000 000 views with a 30 secs retention on a 15 minute video is a HUGE res flag for the algorithm.

A pro tip for you mate. Invest your time into making quality content. Don's waste your time with bought views subs etc.

Don't worry about CPM. It will be years before you start earning.

It's not like you are obligated to make videos on youtube and someone is poniting a gun to your head. You can choose other platforms to share your pointless kid's video. I am glad youtube is takimg action regarding those annoying kids channels

Ok. An update. They answered my email, and it appears that i was refunded. So hands down, atleast they didn't scam me, but on the other hand i didn't receive what i paid for. Pretty weird experience overall.
