Honestly, if you're not getting traction on those websites or people approaching you cold, your account probably isn't big enough/good enough. Be wary of selling on websites like fameswap though, maybe look into doing some networking and cold DMing people.

It entirely depends on the scale of the account but each at proven to be able to grow. As far as your other question, never get dismayed by needing to put in extra work if you think the theme (crypto) has a market on IG which I personally think it does.

Babes and pets has always worked well for me as well. If you want to build a "brand" and are looking to make a lot of your own content down the road though there are definitely better niches.
