What RedClover says is definitely true. However....they can and will shut down all accounts running from the same location if they decide to close one for any reason.

Steer clear of any Product Partners items....ie P90X...Insanity...Turbo Fire...etc. Sells easily...but is an account killer.

You can get the money out before the 180 days if you have a bank linked and are willing to provide paypal with all the documentation they have requested to verify your account.

Very difficult to win the "unauthorized use" claim on PayPal. If they can see that your account was logged into from a different IP address than usual than you may have some basis. I don't think it is likely you will win unfortunately.
