Go into every task assuming you're gonna do it for a maximum of 5 minutes. This kills procrastination as your brain doesn't actually mind doing the task, it hates the idea of starting a task that may take a lot of effort.

I agree, bringing others into the problem ain't right. And as the previous posts on this thread stated, Weng scammed his own team. If they want to offer a service here themselves, as long as they don't scam then I don't see a problem.

Most videos I've seen under 7% CTR also don't really get pushed (with exception of a few). If I was you I would experiment with titles, thumbnails, and even different topics to try get that to 10%+ Don't get me wrong 5% is decent and your video can be pushed, but this is bang on the average CTR...

What is the CTR and viewer retention % on your latest video? (If you said it already I missed it)
