Patrick111, i see Paxum in your list. I used this service and have mixed feelings. Got my first payment their some years ago and ordered a Mastercard, paid for it but never got it. I think i contacted them 10-15 times about it and they said "We have many orders you will get it".. Never got it...

If the website is not ranking yet it might have been punished by Google. If not you just have to keep updating it each week with new content, texts containing your keywords, images and new videos. Content is everything. :)
