How many accounts are you planning to use? If a large number then you need some kind of phone farm setup

Either use high quality cloud phones, or real phones. Ideally only 1 account per phone so everything stays separated and not linked together. This is the only way you can successfully run the setup you are describing in 2026

How are you checking the quality of your US proxies before creating the accounts? Also you need high quality devices, meaning either cloud phones that pass integrity and can properly spoof any telemetry that IG collects (most cloud phone providers can't offer this), or real physical devices.

One account per device, with descriptive names for devices. Then everything organized in a simple google sheet. If cost is not an issue then one dedicated proxy per device also

Even if you do zero activity and no quick adds on new accounts, there will be delayed bans within 1-2 days if there is an issue with device integrity or the proxy is flagged. You can also expect chain bans if you create all accounts with exact same name or picture. I have just tested it...

Shifting the posting time to US timezone won't help if you are posting in Asia, with local phone and IP As others have suggested, try a phone with US SIM, spoofed or actual location in US, and mobile or residential proxy with US IP.

Will you be making the accounts also yourself? If yes, you will likely need a high quality proxy provider that consistently gives you clean IPs, and these are usually not cheap. If the accounts are already created/aged/warmed up, you may get away with slightly worse proxies, but I wouldn't say...

I prefer Davinci Resolve but it does have a bit of a learning curve so it might not be as beginner friendly as capcut
