Better to not use the same ip for multiple accounts, tiktok especially is very sensitive when it comes to this. How to achieve separate ip for each account depends on your exact setup

Not really sure what you mean, but 1 hour test can be useful just to make sure the proxy works for your use case, for example does it have socks5 / udp / etc support like the provider claims, are you able to reliably find clean IPs by rotating etc
