Well, most of providers use accounts that get deleted very soon and my guess is that the reviews get deleted too.

You forgot to mention SEO, it got so hard too, Google is kicking asses, not letting you make any money anymore if you don't pay them.

What you do besides setting up the profile? How do you index so fast, using some backlinks or signals?

For me anything in the range of ~ $0.5 to 1$, depends of the accounts quality, etc. But I suggest you to do indian websites for that, such as micro-workers, etc.
