I follow a similar approach for my business social accounts. I create content in advance and schedule it. My process is to prepare all the content in the last week of the month for the upcoming month (30 posts in total), and then repurpose the same content across other social platforms to save time.

You mean to say, you don't have access to the linked email address to your IG account? Have you connected your fb profile to that account? If yes, that could help too.

For me, spending time alone has helped me a lot. I make sure to give myself some solo time at least once a week, whether it’s going out for a meal alone or having a drink while watching a movie. It helps me relax.
