Gmail for sure, play it safe. Avoid sketchy providers and keep in mind you'll probably need PV somewhere in the future for IG

I had been using Jarvee to post, but had a few problems (I guess it was mainly a proxy issue), I was scared of losing accounts if I started to post again. I now have some decent quality proxies but I'm still posting manually. do you guys use any particular precautions when using it to post?

Go easy with the unfollows, take a few days to check how the account is performing and warm it up a bit if it hasn't been used for some time before unfollowing anyone
