I persume that the take the keywords from the article body then add the to the meta keywords/description.

I have a Joomla website and was thinking of looking into auto keywords and auto descriptions via Joomla exstenstions, when posting an article to help speed things up. I was wondering what you guys thing? Is this good or bad for SEO?
