placement matters more than the link type itself if the site is relevant and the link actually makes sense in the content it tends to hold up better over time guest post can work but not rely on them alone

i am not spend money on another domain for this since a redirect by itself not give the current site any ranking boost if the broker site is using the same setup as other agents then getting unique content is probably the harder part put more effort into local pages neighborhood topics property...

yeah finding a good expired domain is getting harder now since more people are after them clean domains with solid backlinks can also become pretty expensive

some facebook pages barely post but still grow because they have strong branding get shared a lot use paid promotion or already have an audience somewhere else

reels and posts can still get your content in front of people without paying the harder part is learning what your audience actually enjoys and wants to see
