Much better to stop engaging. Make your account rest, I think it's the consequence for violating their rules. If hour rest won't work then try for 6 hours, 1 day. Worst case 3 days to 1 week for assurance.

It's okay but put significant intervals if it's okay with you. Maybe 30mins? 1 hour or bigger

Actually that kind of post is really against them, I guess my advice to you is engage less for now. Continuously engage slowly as day goes by.

Are you experiencing this? After posting, a verification from your mobile phone will pop up and if that repeats several times, your account will be disabled. Do you have any tips on how to avoid this? Or maybe lessen if cannot be avoided?
