Doesn't look professional for me, people will think twice before put their email. and I don't like that yellow / orange theme color, but it's depend on the product/offer. if you have a hard time building a squeeze page, try hire a professional, = saving more time, and better conversions rate

Not bad for your first time, you can improve the navigation bar, and maybe make it smaller, and make it more organized, especially the content, depend on the themes, you can pick a better fonttype

your question looks like you are beginner. if you are newbie, then you should hire a professional than trying to make it yourself. focus on what talent you have, and let other people handle other stuff. It make you save more time and get result better.
