if you only get pr3+ links then it will be pretty fast but if you get a lot of pr 2 or 1 or even 0 links you may need a lot more pr3 links later as per my experience I dont know how they calculate it but less is more with pr if it is quality

if genuine then for sure you can sell the leftovers or stock on ebay

if your landing page is good then try and see if there are any other traffic sources other then 7 search maybe even expired domains traffic or torrent site traffic you can buy up

maybe use a remote desktop by getting a windows vps and then you still need a valid bank account maybe payoneer would be a good option

I am using rankcheckerace free version and it is actually good and gives accurate rankings and has graphs and cool ways to sort data and historical overviews just make sure you use the proper categories or things will become unorganized fast

about #1 it means they avaraged it on the past campaigns and saw how much impressions that received and then rounded it off - doesnt mean that your ad will actually get that much impressions it depends on the traffic of the site when your ad actually runs and it might rotate too
