I think it's not spammy . Because they use child accounts to make groups . The real account is always safe and that's not in these sort of activities..they just promote that account in messengs

Hi i see my Instagram account and in DM requests i always see only fans groups with 8-10 real people as members and bot accounts send promotional messages in these group chats . Is there anyone who know this method and can provide this service Thank you Screenshot attached
