I don't think you're going to find any hosting company which would accept an unverified paypal account. But I did somehow manage to pay for my Whatsapp extension when my PayPal was unverified. So, there's hope.

They probably aren't making 1000s a month. If they are they are probably the models who work on there and get users to sign up on their profile who are anonymous users. You probably make more money camming yourself :p
