you can use Wifi for 1 account and a cheap 3g modem for the other, just make sure u clear ur browser cookies if u're using only 1 computer, not sure if they can link the 2 accounts with ur payoneer details but why don't u use link ur card to paypal and then u can get paid on the other account...
