Why i get the feeling that this is by far the most detailed starting plan an absolutely newbie could do especially with those financially challenged... definitely not comprehensive by any stretch nor awe-inspiring but certainly something that gets you to do A to B then C... wanna hear more...

... different country different "rules" - actually how hardworking those who implements the rules. From where i am, its as common as green grass unmowed during the summer, all the way to the capitol & back. Wish you the best, perhaps directing the "sell" part to different country.
