    Hiring an SEO Expert

Anyone here thinking they could possibly get paid is a conflict of interest. I don't trust sales people, but I do trust people that are generous with sharing their experiences knowing they aren't getting paid.

    Hiring an SEO Expert

We are considering hiring an SEO expert (it won't be you, so your honest opinion is appreciated) and was wondering how to go about sourcing for that service? I have used Upwork in the past for other "type" service with decent success. I haven't had success with Upwork for hiring SEO people. TIA!

Before creating a GMB, is it better to create the citations first?

so the address is my brokers address (I'm a realtor) so I have to use that address. I know we can do this because there are other agents that have a GBP using that address.

If Google rejects the address and that is YOUR address and that is not changing, then what do you do?

is it possible to verify gmb with postcard?

I got my last one done without having to do a video. That was like, 4 months ago.

was your question about attempting to get the GBP approved? Is it better for the approval process to have citations and other "markers" so that when the profile is reviewed, makes it more likely to get approved without having to do a video?

    One Location, Targeting Multiple Cities

I've been speaking to a supposed SEO expert from upwork.com and he is saying that he recommends I focus the homepage on all of the cities, which is known as The East Valley, and do landing pages for all of the other cities. Would that be a bad idea? If so why?

what is the best ctr software?

yeah, but are these just clicks or are the "clicks" scrolling down the page, clicking through to other pages on the site, staying a while, filling out a form, or clicking the phone number to call? if not then I don't see the use in it. If it's the later, that would be valuable.

    One Location, Targeting Multiple Cities

My wife and I run a small Real Estate Team in a small city outside of Phoenix Arizona. We have come to dominate that city in the Google Map Pack for like 40-50 keyword (#1 for most of those), organically over the last 5 years. We are now wanting to expand, create a new website, new team, and...

    Duplicate website

I can't keep the old domain for legal reasons. I had to delete it. I understand that it'll take a while to get this new domain back to where the old one was, but are a few things I can do in now, other than onpage SEO, to get it expedited? I've already submitted to 50 citations. This is...

    Duplicate website

I had to rush and copy by website from one domain to another domain name. After doing so, I noticed that the new domain started showing up in the SERPS, but has now completely disappeared. I've deleted the old domain from my GoDaddy account and I'm awaiting it to formally be "pulled" from the...

    Match type question

This is confusing. you say no "sell my Houston house' wouldn't trigger the ad and this this is the reason why above in the quote; however you say, "in between the words of the phrase". it's either before or after the phrase or it's not. this indicates that it's not only before and after as...
