I need a reliable account that alllows for easy budget scaling , I'm planning a daily spend of over 3k, but the accounts I'm currently getting from another provider keep getting banned whenever I increase the budget

is the fee calculated based on total spend or is it a fixed monthly fee? Are there tiered fee reductions if I scale up to largr budget?
