I'm not sure that's true. If what i order is not delivered, refund is the minimum i expect. It's not even that they dropped a day after delivery. Nothing was delivered at all and you didn't refund. I can't buy 1 Kg of apples and receive nothing if you take the money. You can't refuse to refund...

I’ve been having some problems recently too. Instagram isn’t working. The order was marked as completed even though nothing was delivered. Then they refused a refund, saying “your order has fallen below the starting count.” What does that even mean? Obviously the count dropped before the order...
