Basically it streams uses a large amount of accounts to stream songs, since a song is counted as a stream after 30s you need to skip the song every 30s (or + if you want to apply a nice strategy), that's the main function of it, but there are more options like liking songs/playlists, subscribing...

I did some research in these domains (especially CPA and aff link with adult content), and even started to promote them by automating stuff but I quickly found that every niche was used a lot so I don't know if I just did it wrong or it is not a thing anymore since it's over-used
