I don't see it harming me with the SE's at all. I find the main factors are getting the post indexed and having those links coming from diverse c class ip's. When that happens the site climbs well in the SERPS. I have tested links from high pr domains ( but the link coming from no pr pages )...

I mean I use other backlinks to link to those. In other words I am backlinking my backlinks to help get them indexed. If they are not indexed, they won't do anything. As an example I could have a wordpress blog, and from that blog, I link to one of those article directory links.

You think it's a waste of money cos you are not using it right, but my view is you don't have to waste your time spinning, the software isn't pointless without best spinner, and AMR internal spinner is ok for basic stuff like I describe here. If you are just after backlinks, just spin the title...
