Set this all up yesterday. Downloaded the .gif ads from CR. 468x60 and 160x600. Setup the account at exoticads, loaded the acct with 20 bucks to start. Uploaded my ads and put in the link from CR just like op said. Both ads were denied due to "advert belongs to another advertiser" any advice...
